CYF TECH co-founders Yusuf Fırat and Celal Yılmaz appeared on Ülke TV’s New Generation Jobs program, where they discussed digital transformation, remote work models, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the software industry.
Opening the discussion, Yusuf Fırat emphasized the competitive advantage digitalization provides for businesses, saying: “In today’s dynamic business world, innovative approaches and software solutions are crucial. We follow technological change and create customized digital solutions for our clients.”
Fırat, a graduate of Sivas Cumhuriyet University’s Computer Engineering program, stated that his interest in software began in high school and that he has specialized in frontend design. He defined new generation jobs as “non-physical, digitally executed work” and highlighted the importance of hybrid and remote work models for productivity.
Co-founder Celal Yılmaz shared his entrepreneurial journey and the story behind founding CYF TECH: “My biggest dream was to start my own business. We started with determination and perseverance, and today we are proud to deliver innovative projects to many corporate clients.”
Yılmaz also introduced CYF TECH’s latest apartment and site management software, explaining: “As housing complexes continue to increase in Turkey, traditional management methods have become inefficient. We developed a digital system that simplifies financial tracking.”
Both guests underlined the importance of sustainability, modular software architecture, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence, stressing that technology should be viewed as an opportunity rather than a threat.
